We are once again delighted to be able to share with you a piece of positive news at a time when it feels there is a more negative comment than good about the state of the financial marketplace.

Faversham house is a large Residential care home in Manchester owned by Rachel and William Hind and has been in there careful ownership for a number of years.

2XL Commercial was sworn in to speak to the clients by their existing IFA who after many months of striving to help the client could not secure the funding they required. After a lengthy meeting with the clients, 2XL Commercial we were delighted to secure funding not only to refinance but also to capital raise allowing building works to be completed in time for the birth of the 2nd baby so Rachel could take well-earned maternity leave knowing everything was fully in order.

We are delighted to confirm that daughter Eleanor is very happy in her extended home and Mother and baby are both well. William Hind commented:

“In this difficult economic climate, Darren at 2XL Commercial was an invaluable support. He was able to take our needs and ensure we got a clear resolution with loan requirements where all personal attempts had failed. Through his experience in the sector, skill in negotiation and insightful approach we were able to raise much-needed working capital, enabling building works to proceed while simultaneously removing the discomfort of an inflexible and unwilling bank! We would have no hesitation in recommending him and his services to any business with commercial or funding needs”.

Despite a difficult marketplace we are getting the right results and on the right terms. This particular case was credit sanctioned within 4 Working days and on more favourable terms than their existing funder.

We would be delighted to talk to you or any of your clients about any funding requirement.
